Del Costello-Company Director/Principal Coach.

BA, LTCL, LSB Public Speaking, Dip ProfSpeaking, CertTESOL, RTSCA, Speech NZ Examiner.

An education entrepreneur, Del Costello has been a specialist public speaking and communication coach since 2006. Her business was a finalist in the 2011 Westpac Manawatu Business Awards, 2011 Wellington Regional Her Business Awards and she is a three times recipient of the Deidre Snedden International Education Trust. Del pursues her vision of inspiring confidence and imagination in everyone she connects with.
 
Del is a fully qualified and registered teacher of speech, drama and communication skills and a member of the National Speakers Association USA.  She has developed a unique and successful style of coaching that ensures that her clients see results that last.

Committed to the industry, she is a member and previous national council representative of the Speech Communication Association of NZ (Inc). The organisation is committed to maintaining industry standards, providing professional development for teachers nationwide and  promoting communication skills. In 2010 Del was awarded the Meredith Caisley National Award for Public Relations (SCA NZ).

Del believes that is doesn't matter how good looking, rich, clever, expert or funny you are, if you find it hard to connect with people, you will find it hard to reach your potential.  In today's world our communication is driven by technology, the focus on personal connection has weakened.  Many of us are either terrified of presenting to a group or just simply terrible at it.
